Villa Upper House(Kalkan, Kordere)

Villa Upper House is perfectly situated in the gorgeous Kordere area of Kalkan, just a short, 6-7 minute drive from town center of Kalkan and It offers beautiful sea and mountain views. Two supermarkets called Sok and Migros Jet are conveniently located on the street below the villa.

The villa houses three gorgeous en-suite bedrooms, all situated on the first floor and boasting furnished private balconies with absolutely stunning sea views! The master bedroom is also equipped with a double jacuzzi and a TV.

The ground floor is the primary area of activity. It contains the living room, kitchen, and dining area for 6. Additionally, it features a heated indoor pool with jacuzzi jets, a sauna, and a shower room. A guest WC is also available on this floor. The sliding glass doors provide convenient access to the villa's extensive pool terrace, which affords panoramic views of Kalkan Bay and ample space for sunbathing and the provision of shade. 

Villa Upper House provides a baby cot and a high chair as well. A large parking area for 2 cars is available at the main entrance.

Living Room

The living room features an elegant L-shape sofa, a wooden coffee table, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen smart TV ( Netflix - Amazon Prime access ) and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The fully-fitted kitchen of the villa features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, oven, hob, water dispenser, dining table for 6 and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private secluded swimming pool, sun loungers, side tables, seating corner, pergola shaded outdoor seating area, a swing seat, pergola shaded al fresco dining table and a stone BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.

Things to Know

The indoor pool heating is available and complimentary (included in the price) for all stays between 1st November 2025 and 31st March 2026.

Access to this property is steep in the final 80-100 metres. Therefore, if you are planning to hire a car; an SUV vehicle or a 4-wheel drive is recommended.
