Villa Kral is situated in an elevated position in the Kordere area of Kalkan, offering views of the sea. This modern villa is located a 5-6 minute drive from the town centre, restaurants, and beach clubs. It features 6 en-suite bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, providing guests comfort and privacy.

The interiors include a living room with a fireplace and an American-style fully equipped kitchen, prioritizing functionality and contemporary design. The villa's extensive pool terrace includes various outdoor seating areas, allowing lovely sea views. The private pool features a jacuzzi section, a children's pool, and a shallow area for different water activities. The villa also has a plunge pool on the rooftop terrace, providing views of the surrounding landscape and sea.

Guests can also enjoy a playground for children and a table tennis table.

American style kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, fridge, oven, hob and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

There is a large swimming pool integrated with jacuzzi section, children's paddling pool and shallow area. Pool terrace comprise comfy sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, swing, al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
