Villa Gardenya is situated in an elevated spot in the Kordere region of Kalkan, offering breathtaking views of the town and the sea. It is only a short 6-7 minute drive from the centre of Kalkan, providing convenient access to restaurants, shops, and beach clubs while preserving a tranquil atmosphere. 

The villa features 2 bedrooms—one with twin beds and the other with a double bed—ensuring a pleasant stay. Each bedroom offers magnificent sea views and has a furnished private balcony, allowing guests to enjoy the stunning surroundings anytime. Additionally, the double bedroom is equipped with a jacuzzi. 

The villa's interiors are designed in an open-plan style, featuring spacious living, dining, and kitchen spaces. The villa includes sliding glass doors facilitating easy access to the pool terrace, promoting seamless indoor-outdoor living and maximizing the beautiful views. The outdoor space is equally remarkable, showcasing a vast pool terrace with a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, and an outdoor seating area for ultimate relaxation for those who enjoy alfresco dining, an outdoor dining table and a BBQ are provided to savour delicious meals while taking in the panoramic views.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, TV, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom : Twin beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The living room features a plush L-shape sofa set, an armchair, coffee table, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.

Important Note

Please note that access to this property is steep and not asphalt in the last 700-800 metres. Therefore, a 4-wheel drive is recommended.
