Villa Bella(Kalkan, Kordere)

Villa Bella is located in an elevated area of the Kordere district in Kalkan. It's only a 5-minute drive to the centre of Kalkan and beach clubs. The property features 3 bedrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests.

The double bedrooms are on the first floor, while the twin bedroom is on the lower ground floor, including a handy kitchenette and a pool table. The generous and bright living room and kitchen area are filled with natural light from sliding glass doors.

The property's pool terrace offers an ideal environment for relaxation and privacy, complete with a swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, and a dining area for al fresco meals.

Bedrooms

1.Bedroom: Lower Ground Floor, Twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. Please note that this bedroom is separately accessed through the external stairs. Therefore, it is not suitable for unaccompanied young children.

2.Bedroom: First Floor, A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

3.Bedroom: First Floor, A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The modern living room features a comfortable sofa set, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. A utility room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board can be found in a cupboard under the stairs. The sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, shaded outdoor seating, shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ. An attendant also cleans and maintains the pool area daily.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. Please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee if you would like extra cleaning. Cleaning fees are charged per clean. 

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
