Villa Su is a luxurious villa in a peaceful and elevated location in Kordere area of Kalkan and offers truly outstanding views out to the islands. The property is less than 10 minutes to Kalkan town center, restaurants, shops and beach clubs. There are two supermarkets nearby called Sok Market and Migros Jet. The property has 3 en-suite double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has also a double jacuzzi. The open plan living area and kitchen offer exceptional views through sliding glass doors. They are equipped with modern amenities. The pool terrace of the villa features a 20-metre private swimming pool, sun loungers, two small daybeds, parasols, a sunken outdoor seating area, an al fresco dining table, and a BBQ. The sauna is located just underneath the sunken seating area.

Living Room

The living room features two chic sofas, wooden coffee table, air conditioning, wall mounted 85 inch flat screen TV, a smart home system which is controlled by an iPad and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table for 6 and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a 20-metre private swimming pool, sun loungers, two small daybeds, parasols, a sunken outdoor seating area, an al fresco dining table, and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
