The property features 4 en-suite bedrooms, two of which include jacuzzis. It is situated approximately 6-8 minutes from the town centre and popular beach clubs, providing convenient access to local attractions. 

The interiors of Villa Royal include a living room designed for relaxation and social interaction, along with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen that combines functionality and style. Outdoor amenities include a large pool terrace suitable for swimming, sunbathing, and outdoor dining. The private pool is designed with a children's pool, accommodating guests of all ages.

Open plan fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, fridge, oven, hob and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The sizeable swimming pool, integrated with children's pool, is surrounded with an extensive pool terrace which comprises sun loungers, parasols, hammock, outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and stone BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
