Villa Nevada(Kalkan, Kordere)

Villa Nevada, built in 2022, is situated in the Kordere area of Kalkan and offers lovely sea views from its elevated position. The villa is less than a ten-minute taxi ride from Kalkan’s town centre, where you can find various restaurants, shops, and beach clubs.

This property features 3 en-suite bedrooms designed for comfort and privacy. The double bedrooms feature freestanding bathtubs and TVs. 

Villa Nevada has several amenities, including a heated indoor swimming pool, underfloor heating and Hammam. The living, dining rooms, and kitchen are designed for style and functionality. Outside, the villa's pool terrace includes a swimming pool with jacuzzi jets, sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, an al fresco dining area, and a BBQ.

Note: The indoor pool can be heated on request for an additional cost of £150 per week.

Living Room

The living room features an elegant L-shape sofa, coffee table, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, island unit and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool wit jacuzzi jets, sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
