Villa Mare Mare(Kalkan, Kordere)

Villa Mare Mare, situated in the Kordere region of Kalkan, showcases a modern architectural design and offers picturesque views of the sea and surrounding islands.

The villa comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms that can accommodate up to six guests. Each bedroom features a TV, and the double rooms are enhanced with a jacuzzi bath and a freestanding bathtub, both providing scenic sea views.

The interior spaces are designed with ample proportions, while the exterior boasts a spacious pool terrace, which includes a 12.5-metre swimming pool. The pool terrace has a built-in BBQ, perfect for hosting small gatherings with friends and family. The villa also has a comprehensive security system, including surveillance cameras, an alarm system, and two safes. 

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, wall mounted TV, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC. There is an access to a furnished balcony.

2. Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, wall mounted TV, freestanding bathtub, bathroom and WC. There is an access to a furnished balcony.

3. Bedroom : Twin beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, wall mounted TV, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The modern living room features a beige L-shape sofa set, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, island unit/breakfast bar, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a hammock, shaded outdoor seating, shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ with kitchenette. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
