Villa Jupiter, situated in the Kordere region of Kalkan, offers a range of amenities designed for relaxation and entertainment. The villa has a sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, and both outdoor and indoor pools.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms, each featuring its en-suite shower room, providing plenty of space for guests. Villa Jupiter is located only a brief taxi ride less than 10 minutes from the centre of Kalkan and a short walk from a few local supermarkets nearby.

Ground Floor

The ground floor houses a living room, fully fitted open-plan kitchen, dining area, and first bedroom of the villa, all with incredible sea views. The living area features an L-shaped sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the essential appliances such as a dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, oven, hob, and all the necessary utensils for a self-catering holiday. A dining table for 6 completes the kitchen. The pool terrace can be accessed through the sliding glass doors.

Bedroom 1 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes. Through glass sliding doors on the left side of the bedroom, there is an indoor pool(which can be heated at an additional cost ), offering incredible vistas. The main pool terrace can also be accessed from the bedroom.

First Floor

The first floor contains the remaining bedrooms, a sauna, a hammam, and a laundry area.

Bedroom 2 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, wardrobes, and a Jacuzzi bath within the room itself. 

Bedroom 3 is a twin room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes.

Both bedrooms have private sea-faced balconies.

Outdoors

The outdoor area of Villa Jupiter provides ample space for relaxation and soaking up the sun. The villa features a sizable infinity saltwater pool with a shallow section at one end. There are two sun loungers positioned in the shallow section; additional outdoor facilities consist of 4 more sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table that accommodates six people, a swing seat, and a BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. Please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee if you would like extra cleaning. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

Things to Know

Please note that access to this property is steep and not asphalt in the last 700-800 metres. Therefore, a 4-wheel drive is recommended.

The indoor pool heating fee is included in the price from 1st October to 30th April. However, It can be heated at an additional cost of £185 per week in the remaining months.
