The lounge area is very big, comfortable an ideal space for entertaining. Living room features comfortable sofas, armchairs, coffee table, flat screen TV, air conditioning, complimentary internet and WC. There is also an utility room including washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Kitchen

Open plan fully equipped kitchen includes an island unit, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob and all the utensils required during your stay.

Terrace and Pool

There is a sizeable private pool. Pool terrace comprises comfy sun loungers, parasols, shaded outdoor seating, swing, shaded dining table and stone BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
