Villa Jilda(Kalkan, Kordere)

Villa Jilda is situated in an elevated position in Kordere area of  Kalkan. The property has 3 bedrooms and accommodate up to 6 guests, nearly every room has fabulous sea and mountain views. One of the bedrooms includes a hammam. With its secluded design, the villa is highly suitable for conservative families. Pool of the property includes an integrated jacuzzi. It can be used as children's paddling pool as well. It is around 7-9 minute drive from Kalkan town centre to the villa. You can easily use taxis or rental cars.

Note: The final 50 meters of the road leading to the villa consists of a steep ramped slope. That's why a 4-wheel drive is recommended.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom : First floor, A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom : First floor, Twin beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom : Second/Top floor, A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

Adjacent to the kitchen is an open-plan living space with sliding doors connecting to the pool and patio area. Living room comprises plush seating group, projection screen, coffee table, dining table, air conditioning and complimentary internet.

Kitchen

The kitchen is a stylish open-plan room found on the ground floor with the living room. It features a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, oven and hob and all the utensils required for your self-catering stay.

Pool and Garden 

The private pool terrace marvellous sea views of Kalkan Bay. You can cool off  in the large swimming pool of the villa. Pool terrace includes sun loungers, parasols, a swing, shadeed outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
