The spacious living area, kitchen, and dining area are well-equipped with all the necessary appliances. The property is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from the town centre, restaurants, shops, and beach clubs. Outside, you'll find a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ, creating the perfect space for relaxation and dining outside.

Living Room

The living room offers a comfortable sofa set, coffee table, air conditioning, flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. Cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area are carried out by an attendant daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.
