Villa Demir is situated in the Kordere area of Kalkan, about a 10-minute drive from the town centre. It is a 2-bedroom property suitable for couples or core families, offering views across the bay and the islands. This single-level villa includes a private infinity pool, a Jacuzzi, and a rustic stone design both indoors and outdoors, making it an efficient option for a holiday getaway.

Interiors

The only floor of Villa Demir has everything needed for a self-catering stay. The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining areas are traditional and spacious, with large glass sliding doors allowing access to the pool terrace and providing beautiful sea views. The kitchen includes a fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, and all the utensils needed. The living area features a comfortable sofa, armchair, coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. A dining table seating up to 6 people is suitable for indoor dining.

Bedroom 1 is a double room with en-suite shower room is tastefully decorated with calming blue furnishings. There are bedside tables, a wardrobe, a vanity table, and a Jacuzzi bath within the room itself. The sliding glass doors open onto the pool terrace.

A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are available for guests.

Outdoors

The outside area has a considerably sized private infinity pool presenting uninterrupted views of the sea and natural surrounding landscape, with steps at one end allowing easy entry. The pool terrace features sun loungers, a parasol, and a swing seat. There is also an alfresco dining table seating 4 and a BBQ, making it suitable for daytime lounging and outdoor dining.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. Cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area are carried out by an attendant daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.
