Villa Nana, located in the Komurluk area of Kalkan, is a destination for couples and honeymooners seeking a private getaway. Its location provides easy access to local beach clubs, including Zest, Palm and Denizim Beach Clubs. The town centre is also a 10-15 minute walk away. The property features a loft-style design with a modern, chic aesthetic and has a 1 bedroom with a freestanding bathtub, luxury interiors and a generously sized pool terrace.

The spacious and modern living room offers breathtaking panoramic views of the bay. It seamlessly connects to the terrace and garden, creating a harmonious indoor-outdoor living experience. Living room includes comfortable furnitures, dining table, wall mounted flat-screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board, complimentary wifi.

Kitchen

Exquisite and thoughtfully crafted kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, fridge, oven, hob and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace is perfectly situated to bask in abundant sunlight throughout the day, making it an ideal spot to relax and unwind. Pool terrace with heated swimming pool comprise comfy sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.

NOTE: The pool of the villa can be heated on request for an additional cost of £270 per week.
