Villa Jamandutania(Kalkan, Komurluk)

Villa Jamandutania, located in the Komurluk area, is a 10-minute walk to the town centre and close to nearby beach clubs like Palm, Denizim, and Zest Beach Clubs and offers the best of both worlds with its panoramic sea views. This spacious stone villa is designed with multiple split terraces and can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, three of which have furnished terraces. One of the bedrooms also includes a bath. The property features a spacious swimming pool that is available for heating and is surrounded by an extensive pool terrace. Villa Jamandutania provides a combination of privacy and accessibility along with considerable outdoor space, making it suitable for holiday accommodations.

Note : The pool of the villa can be heated upon request at an additional cost of £45 daily.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: Ground Floor, A double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table. This bedroom is considerably smaller than the other three and does not include an en-suite bathroom. The ground-floor family bathroom is located directly opposite and may be utilised for this purpose.

2. Bedroom: Ground Floor, A double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, furnished terrace, bathroom with bath and WC.

3. Bedroom: First Floor, A double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, furnished terrace, bathroom and WC.

4. Bedroom: First Floor, A double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, furnished terrace, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

Living room includes comfortable furnitures, air conditioning, dining table, wall mounted flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board, complimentary wifi. Sliding doors provide easy access to pool area.

Kitchen

Open plan kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, fridge, oven, hob and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The sizeable swimming pool is surrounded with an extensive pool terrace which comprises sun loungers, parasols, swing, outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
