Villa Afsana is one of two similar neighbouring properties in a premium location close to the town, situated in the popular and sought-after area of Komurluk in Kalkan. The villa is an exclusive collection villa featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. The villa utilises glass in its construction to enhance the visibility of the surrounding views from various areas of the property. This design feature aims to provide unobstructed landscape sightlines, and it has been designed with contemporary details throughout the property.

Villa Afsana features an expansive pool terrace, offering panoramic sea views and a table tennis table on the side of the property.

The property is located approximately a 10-minute walk along a coastal pathway to the Kalkan town centre, restaurants and shops. Zest, Palm, and Denizim Beach Clubs are also within a 2-3 minute walk.

Notes 

If you are travelling as a larger group and would like to book more than one property nearby, Villa Afsana is situated next to the 4-bedroom Villa Setara and close to the 1-bedroom Villa Nana, 4-bedroom Villa Serendipity, and the 3-bedroom Villa Komurluk.

The pool of the villa can be heated on request for an additional cost of £270 per week.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: Ground Floor, Twin beds(can be made into a double upon request), bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom: First Floor, A double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom: Second Floor, A double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

4. Bedroom: Second Floor, Twin beds(can be made into a double upon request), bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The open-plan living room is finished to a high standard and features a double height ceiling and windows to make the most of the gorgeous seascape. This space is furnished with comfortable seating group, TV, coffee table, 8-seater indoor dining table, separate WC and direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen

The modernised kitchen is fully fitted with all the amenities you could need for a self-catering holiday and looks out onto the pool terrace. The following amenities are provided for the use of our guests: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven and hob.

Terrace and Pool

The sea-facing terrace offers unrivalled 180 degrees sea views best enjoyed from the infinity edged private pool. A smart terrace surrounds the pool, which is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating group, alfresco dining area to seat 8 and BBQ. The pool attendant completes daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
