We're delighted to share the exciting news that Villa Platos will exclusively feature in our portfolio for the upcoming 2025 season! Villa Platos, located in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan, accommodates up to 11 guests across 5 en-suite bedrooms. The property features beautiful views of the sea and the town of Kalkan. 

The location of the villa offers a balance between seclusion and accessibility. Guests can take a 20-minute walk to the town centre, where various shops, restaurants, bars, and cultural attractions are available. Additionally, Tesoro Pizza & Ristorante is a 5-minute walk away, providing dining options nearby.

Ground Floor

This floor houses an open-plan living area, dining area, kitchen and a double bedroom. The stylish kitchen features all the essential modern appliances like a dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, water cooler, oven, hob, and all the necessary utensils for a self-catering holiday. The dining table is also available across the kitchen. The modern living area has a cosy L-shape sofa, a wooden coffee table, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and two chairs with a side table.

A washing machine, iron and ironing board can be found under the stairs in a cupboard. The cloakroom and guest WC are on the left side of the main door.

Bedroom 1 is located opposite the kitchen, which is a double with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity table.

First Floor

Bedroom 2 is a double with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity table.

Bedroom 3 is a double with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity table.

Bedroom 4 is a twin with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity table.

Second/Top Floor

Bedroom 5 is the master room of the villa. It has one double and one single bed with an en-suite shower room, jacuzzi bath, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity table. The sliding glass doors lead out onto the top-floor terrace. It is furnished with two sun loungers, chairs and a table. Guests can enjoy the outstanding views of Kalkan Bay.

Outdoors

The outdoors of Villa Platos offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The pool terrace features an L-shape swimming pool with 8 sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, a shaded al fresco dining table, and a BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. Cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area are carried out by an attendant daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.
