Villa Metehan is a modern luxury villa in the Akbel area of Kalkan, featuring 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for up to 6 guests. Two bedrooms have jacuzzi baths for added comfort.

The villa's design is optimized to offer panoramic sea views, enabling guests to appreciate the Mediterranean. Its secluded layout provides an ideal retreat for families seeking privacy and tranquillity away from the hustle and bustle.

It's a short 5-6 minute drive to Kalkan town centre, where you can find restaurants, shops, and beach clubs. Two supermarkets, Sok and Sec, are also nearby for convenience.

Ground Floor

The villa features a spacious open-plan design on the ground floor, which includes a living area, kitchen, and dining area. The living space is furnished with two sofas, an armchair, a pouffe, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, providing a comfortable, relaxing environment. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs, offering amenities such as a dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, water cooler, oven, and hob. Additionally, there is a breakfast bar with two stools as well. The dining table for 6 is also situated next to the kitchen.

The sliding glass doors open out onto the pool terrace.

First Floor

The villa's bedrooms are all located on the first floor. Every room provides spectacular sea views.

Bedroom 1 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, wardrobes and a double jacuzzi bath.

Bedroom 2 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, and wardrobes.

Bedroom 3 is a twin room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, wardrobes and a double jacuzzi bath.

Outdoors

Villa Metehan has an expansive, curved pool terrace with a private swimming pool and children's pool section. The pool terrace can not be seen from the outside, providing extra privacy for the guests. The pool terrace is completed with sun loungers, parasols, a pergola-shaded outdoor seating area, a double swing seat, a pergola-shaded al fresco dining table, and a BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
