Villa Anatolia is a modern villa with 4 bedrooms located above Kalkan, offering stunning sea views, especially from its balconies and terrace. The villa is equipped with luxurious amenities including a sauna, hammam, table tennis, and table football for entertainment. The master bedroom has a relaxing jacuzzi bath. Inside, the villa features spacious and delightful interiors, with airy living and dining areas, along with a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, the property offers a generous pool terrace with a private swimming pool, complete with a children's pool section. You'll also find sun loungers, parasols, a shaded daybed, swing seats, comfortable outdoor seating, a shaded alfresco dining table, and a stone BBQ for outdoor cooking and enjoyment. Additionally, the property offers a hammock and a children's playground in the garden area, making it an ideal destination for families and groups travelling with kids.

The living room features a retro style sofa set, coffee table, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV, sound system and complimentary wifi. A washing machine, iron and ironing board can be found beneath the stairs. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool with chilren's pool, sun loungers, parasols, swing seats, a shaded daybed, shaded outdoor seating, a shaded al fresco dining table and a stone BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
