Villa Ela, located in an elevated position above Kalkan, offers breathtaking panoramic views of Kalkan Bay. This property is conveniently situated just a 5-minute drive from Kalkan town centre, restaurants,shops and beach clubs. This exceptional property features six en suite bedrooms, making it perfect for larger families or groups of friends. Two of the double bedrooms are equipped with jacuzzis and one of them also houses a step machine. The villa's roof terrace provides spectacular views and is thoughtfully furnished, complete with a bar area. The living, dining and kitchen areas are tastefully designed, providing a comfortable and stylish space. Outside, you'll find a sun terrace with an alfresco dining area, an outdoor corner lounge area under a pergola, a BBQ, sun loungers, parasols and a large infinity swimming pool. At the rear of the property, you'll also find table tennis and table football available for your enjoyment. There is also a laundry room, including washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Note: The pool of the villa can be heated if requested. Pool heating fee is extra £210 per week.

Elegant living room includes comfortable seating group, coffee table, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV, large sound system, complimentary wifi. Sliding doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

Open plan kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, fridge, oven, hob, island unit/breakfast bar, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

There is a large infinity swimming pool. Pool terrace comprise sun loungers, parasols, pergola shaded outdoor corner lounge area, al fresco dining table and a stone BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
