Villa Zya(Kalkan, Kisla)

Villa Zya is located in sought after Kisla area of Kalkan. It has 4 bedrooms for up to sleep 8 guests. It features an open-air jacuzzi on the lower ground level as well. The property has elegant design, contemporary finishes and great location. It can be easily reached Kalkan centre, beaches or restaurants  within walking or driving. The closest beach clubs are Villa Mahal Beach Club and Kalkan Beach Park. You can visit these places for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as swimming. Modern and stylish furnitures have been used inside and outside of the property.  We are sure that you will enjoy your holiday at the Villa Zya especially while watching sunset or having your drinks on the pool terrace.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom : Lower ground floor, A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. Please note that the bedroom can be accessed via an external staircase from the pool terrace of the property.

2. Bedroom : First floor, Twin beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table. The bathroom and WC are situated in the hallway.

3. Bedroom : First floor, A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

4. Bedroom : Second/top floor, A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. Please be aware that due to the bedroom being built into the eaves, there are some areas with very limited ceiling height.

Living Room

Open plan living room comprises of two sofas, two armchairs, coffee table, wall mounted flat screen TV, complimentary internet and seperate WC. Sliding glass doors connect living room to pool terrace.

Kitchen

Fully equipped modern kitchen features, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils / dinnerware necessary during your stay. 

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace has a large infinity pool with shallow area, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
