Villa Hillside is a detached villa featuring 3 bedrooms with en-suite facilities and breathtaking views. 

The villa features beautiful and spacious interiors and a large terrace by the pool with plenty of room for relaxing and dining.

Villa Hillside is located in the Kisla Bay area of Kalkan and is just a short walk from several beach clubs like Kalkan Beach Park, Green Beach, and Villa Mahal Beach Clubs. The villa is also a short drive from the centre of Kalkan town, and guests have the option to use water taxis from Kalkan Beach Park during daytime hours(extra charge may apply).

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: First Floor, Twin beds, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom: First Floor, Twin beds, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom: Second/Top Floor, A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. The sliding doors open out onto the roof terrace with outdoor seating where you can enjoy the sea views.

• The twin bedrooms can also be arranged as double bedrooms if desired.

Living Room

The living area showcases an open-plan layout that allows direct access to the pool and dining terraces via sliding glass doors that extend from floor to ceiling. It features an L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV.

A utility room and cloakroom are available on this level, equipped with a washing machine, an ironing board and iron, a clothes airer, and a WC.

Kitchen

The well-equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and all essential utensils needed for a self-catering experience.

Terrace and Pool

The expansive infinity pool is encircled by a spacious terrace that features sun loungers and parasols. There is also a BBQ available, along with a pergola-shade dining space that can accommodate 6 guests.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. An attendant cleans and maintains the pool and garden area daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.
