Villa Loca is located in Kisla area of Kalkan. The property has  5 modern bedrooms accommodate up to sleep 9 guests. Villa Loca has two living rooms, one of them is on the ground floor, second one is on the first floor including a table football. Our guests will love every detail of the property and feel the  joy of relaxation. Location of the villa can be considered as one of the most beautiful sunset destination in Kalkan. It is certain that watching sunset at this magnificient property will create amazing and unforgettable moments during your stay. It is only couple of minutes walk to beaches around such as Mahal Beach Club, Kalkan Beach Park and also it is 1.5 km to Kalkan town center which is couple of minutes drive or 15-20 minutes walk.

Two living rooms have comfortable furnitures, coffee tables, a flat screen TV, complimentary internet, air conditioning and seperate WC. You can go to pool area from living room on the ground floor.

Kitchen

Stylish American style kitchen comprises a dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, fridge, kettle, oven and hob and all the utensils required for your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool 

The extensive pool area comprises a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table and a portable BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
