Villa Zeytouna, situated above D400 in the Kiziltas district of Kalkan, is an affordable property in our portfolio. It offers 5 en-suite bedrooms, making it ideal for large groups of families or friends. The spacious living area, kitchen, and dining area are well-equipped with all the necessary appliances. The property is conveniently located just a 20-25 minute walk or 4-minute drive from the town centre, restaurants, shops, and beach clubs. Outside, you'll find a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, a swing seat, an al fresco dining table and a stone BBQ, creating the perfect space for relaxation and dining outside.

Note : If you are traveling as a larger group and would like more than one property nearby, Villa Zeytouna is situated next to Villa Al Nuzha, Villa Lumiere 2, and Villa Lumiere 3.

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table and a stone BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
