New for 2022, Villa Supernova is one of the finest villas of Kalkan and offers luxurious accomodation up to 10 guests in an elevated position in Kiziltas district of Kalkan, it is close to beach clubs,restaurant and shops in the area and about 5 a minutes drive to the old town. This 5 bedroom contemporary villa offers extensive ground featuring large swimming pool, open and covered dining and lounge area. The villa has been furnished to a high standart with stylish interior design and wonderful outside space and views. As well as these admirable features, this villa presents heated pool, sauna, Turkish bath, game area (Table Football, Table Tennis, PoolTable) and gym area under the ground floor.

Note:  Both outdoor and indoor pools are filled up with salty water. Heating system of  Indoor pool and Turkish bath can be activated for 50 GBP per day.

Fully equipped American style sleek kitchen features dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, oven and hob, filter coffee machine,microwave, and all the utensils and dinnerware required for an 10 guests self-catering stay.

Pool Terrace

Spacious pool area of the villa consists of ample sun loungers and parasols,lounge furniture,dining area and BBQ.And this area is unseen from outside so it is very appropriate for conservative guests.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
