Villa Palmiye, located in Kiziltas district of Kalkan above the D400 road, is a budget-friendly option among our properties. This villa, placed just beyond the first footbridge, is a mere 15-minute walk or a swift 3-minute car ride from the town centre where a selection of restaurants, shops, and beach clubs can be found. The villa is perfectly tailored to accommodate larger parties, featuring 5 plush en suite bedrooms, making it exceptionally suitable for extended families or groups of friends seeking a shared holiday experience. Villa Palmiye is unmatched in its spaciousness, featuring an expansive living area, a kitchen, and a dining space that are all well-equipped with the required appliances. Externally, the villa offers plenty of leisure facilities including a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating area, table football, shaded al fresco dining table, and a stone BBQ.

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table and a stone BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
