Villa Rigel is one of four near-identical 5-bedroom villas in Kalkan's Kiziltas region, providing a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The master suite includes a jacuzzi bath for relaxation. On the lower ground level, Villa Rigel offers various amenities, including an indoor pool, which can be heated at an additional cost, a table tennis table, a pool table for entertainment, a treadmill, and an exercise bike to help maintain fitness while on holiday.

It has a private infinity pool and an expansive outdoor area suitable for sunbathing and outdoor dining. The villa offers panoramic sea views from multiple locations, creating a peaceful environment for guests.

Villa Rigel is situated around a 10-15 minute walk(downhill) or a couple of minutes taxi drive from Kalkan's Old Town, restaurants and shops.

Living Room

The elegant living area has a pair of cosy sofas, an armchair, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The pool area can be conveniently reached through sliding glass doors.

Kitchen

The fully-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, and all necessary utensils for your self-catering experience. There is also a dining table for 8 guests.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace boasts a stunning private infinity swimming pool, complemented by sun loungers, parasols, an al fresco dining table, and a BBQ. An attendant takes care of the cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area every day.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. Please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee if you would like extra cleaning. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

Things to Know

The villa's indoor pool can be heated upon request for an additional cost of £45 per day.

If you are travelling as a larger group and would like more than one property nearby, Villa Rigel can be booked with Villa Gredi, Villa Capel and Villa Agena. The accommodation capacity can be increased to accommodate a total of 40 guests.
