Villa Piazza, located just above the D400 road in Kiziltas area of Kalkan. The property is only a short 15-minute walk away from Kalkan town centre, restaurants and shops. This villa is part of a group of three identical properties situated side by side. It has 3 en suite double bedrooms complete with sea view balconies. The interiors are elegantly designed, offering chic living spaces and a well-equipped kitchen with modern built-in appliances. The outdoor area features an expansive pool terrace with a swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, shaded outdoor seating and shaded al fresco dining area surrounded with a lush grass area including a conversation pit.

The modern living room features plush furnitures, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, island unit/breakfast bar, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, swing seat, conversation pit shaded outdoor seating, shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
