Villa Muses Erato(Kalkan, Kiziltas)

One of four new villas that combine the best of traditional Turkish Mediterranean design with contemporary comfort and convenience. The property boasts a plethora of characterful spaces, ideal for unwinding and enjoying the surrounding sea views. These include a billiards room with bar, a dart board, a movie theatre, a private swimming pool, and several areas inside and outside the villa. Villa Muses Erato is a large property, with enough space for up to 10 guests in 5 en-suite bedrooms. The villa's elegant arches, columns and stone inlaid steps, a hallmark of Mediterranean and Lycian design, make quite a statement as you approach the property. The open-plan living area comprises a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, dining and living space. There's also a cinema room, WC and sauna on this level. The expansive private salt water infinity pool encircles the property and features a shallow area, ideal for sunbathing with one's toes in the water. Some bedrooms offer direct access to the pool from the bedroom terrace. It should be noted that these terraces lack balustrades, and these bedrooms may not be suitable for some children. There is parking available outside the villa, and Kalkan's beach, old town and harbour are approximately five minutes away by taxi or hire car. There is also a local mini market close to the villa.

Living Room

The living room features a comfortable sofa set, a wooden coffee table, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, island unit, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private salt water swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating areas, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £750 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
