Villa Monte(Kalkan, Kiziltas)

Villa Monte is tucked away in the serene Kiziltas area of Kalkan. The villa is around a 20-minute walk from the town center. It has 2 comfortable bedrooms, perfectly suited for families or couples. Inside, the living room is a delightful space, complete with a crackling fireplace that adds rustic charm. The well-equipped kitchen complements the living area as well. Some of the highlights of Villa Monte is its spectacular rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful views of Kalkan and sauna. It comes complete with an open-air jacuzzi, sun loungers, and shaded seating areas. Outer area, it has a private swimming pool, offering a refreshing escape on hot days. The pool terrace further enhances the outdoor experience with a swing seat, sun loungers, parasols and a shaded al fresco dining area.

1. Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom : Twin beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The living room features a sofa set, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, swing seat, shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
