Villa Mini Arden is a 1-bedroom villa that offers panoramic sea views overlooking Kalkan Bay. The property is situated in the Kiziltas region, approximately a 20-25 minute walk downhill to the Kalkan town centre, or accessible via a short taxi ride. The villa features a modern open-plan interior and can accommodate up to 2 guests.

Interiors

The interiors of Villa Mini Arden are characterized by a combination of comfort and style, designed to facilitate relaxation and convenience. It features a spacious L-shaped sofa oriented towards a TV, suitable for evening activities. The kitchen includes a fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, water cooler and all the utensils needed. A dining table for 4 is located nearby, providing a space for meals. The open layout is complemented by sliding patio doors that lead to the pool terrace.

Bedroom

The bedroom is situated adjacent to the living area and features a white colour scheme. This room has a double bed with an en-suite shower room. It has bedside tables, a vanity table, a wall-mounted TV, and wardrobes. The glass doors lead to the poolside terrace, providing stunning views of Kalkan Bay.

Outdoors

The terrace surrounding the pool features sun loungers, an al-fresco dining area that seats 4, comfortable outdoor seating, a portable BBQ, a freshwater pool, and a garden area. The terrace offers vistas of olive orchards on one side and Mouse and Snake Island on the other.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
