Villa Mavi Su is located in the peaceful Kisla area of Kalkan and can accommodate up to 10 guests in its 5 en-suite bedrooms. The grand building has a beautiful exterior with large pillars and decorative arches creating a stately appearance to the attractive facade. The villa features a private infinity-edged pool and sun terrace, which includes an area for alfresco dining and offers mesmerising views of the turquoise sea. The interior is well-appointed, allowing our guests to enjoy their stay in luxury. The living space downstairs is bright and airy, with a fitted kitchen and a living room that includes an indoor dining area. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom with a glass-fronted shower. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and offer breathtaking views of the sea. The double rooms on the first and second floors open onto a shared wrap-around balcony furnished with tables and chairs, while the twin room has access to a private balcony. Wake up to stunning views of the bay from the property. It is within walking distance to the sea and two local beach clubs such as Mahal Beach Club and Kalkan Beach Park.

Living Room

The living room features a comfortable sofa set, coffee table, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, island unit, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, outdoor seating area, an al fresco dining table and a stone BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
