Villa Massimo is a stunning property situated in the heart of the Aegean region in Gumusluk/Yalikavak border of Bodrum. It is just a 5-minute drive from famous Yalikavak Marina. This luxurious villa provides a spacious and comfortable living experience, with a variety of high-end amenities designed to enhance your stay. The villa boasts 6 elegantly furnished bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a sauna, a private pool, and breathtaking views of Gumusluk Bay. Villa Massimo offers everything you need for an unforgettable holiday, whether you want to relax or explore the local area.

Note : Tenants are charged for electricity consumption in excess of 500kW per week.

Living Room

The living room features a plush leather sofa set, coffee table, air conditioning, fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, shaded outdoor seating and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £900 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
