This villa offers enchanting sea views and features 6 bedrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests, making it suitable for large families or groups. The interior offers spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas designed for comfort. Multiple terraces allow guests to enjoy sun exposure and panoramic sea views. Villa Marley also includes a sauna for relaxation. The outdoor area features a pool terrace with a private pool, sun loungers, parasols, and a pergola day bed. A BBQ area is provided for outdoor cooking. The town centre, along with restaurants, bars, and beaches in Turgutreis, is accessible within a 5-minute drive, offering various attractions for visitors.

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a pergola day bed, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £900, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
