Villa Luis is located in the serene Kiziltas district of Kalkan. This lovely villa houses 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with 2 of the bedrooms featuring balconies that offer sea views. The living area is beautifully designed and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The outdoor area features a spacious pool terrace, complete with a swimming pool, children's pool and a delightful waterfall cascading into the pool. On the right side of the property, you'll find an Ottoman corner and dart area. A separate pergola-shaded al fresco dining space, along with a stone BBQ, is conveniently located above the pool terrace. Accessible from the dining area, the rooftop terrace offers Ottoman-style cushioned outdoor seating, perfect for relaxation. The town centre is conveniently accessible within a 20-25 minute walk or a swift 3-4 minute drive. For any immediate necessities, the 'Kanga' supermarket is just a 3-4 minute walk away from the villa.

3. Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. Located on the first floor, shares this floor's bathroom with second bedroom.

4. Bedroom : Twin Beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. Located on the ground floor and shares this floor's bathroom.

Living Room

Spacious living room includes comfortable furnitures, air conditioning, dining table, flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board, complimentary wifi. Sliding doors provide easy access to pool area.

Kitchen

Open plan kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, fridge, oven, hob and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

There is a private swimming pool with children's paddling pool. Pool terrace has sun loungers, parasols, ottoman outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
