Villa Leo(Kalkan, Kisla)

Villa Leo is located in Kisla area of Kalkan and it is around a 25-minute walk or 3-4 minute drive from the town center. It is also a 10-minute walk from Zest, Mahal, Palm and Denizim Beach Clubs as well as a couple minute walk from Tempa market. Villa Leo has 5 comfortable bedrooms. There of these bedrooms offer furnished balconies with great sea views. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, providing direct access to the pool terrace. The ground has also lounge area and kitchenette with a direct access to the pool terrace. The first floor of the villa houses main living area, a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, perfect for relaxation or superb meals. Outside, Villa Leo features a sun terrace with a large swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, shaded outdoor seating, shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ.

Living Room

The main living room features comfortable seating group, coffee table, fireplace, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The main kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, breakfast bar, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, shaded outdoor seating, shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £350 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
