Villa Etna, situated in the tranquil Kisla district of Kalkan, is a splendid property offering breathtaking sea views. This luxurious villa consists of 4 en suite bedrooms, all designed to provide an ultimate comfort experience. The living space follows an open-plan layout, fostering a welcoming and spacious atmosphere. It features an American-style kitchen that is fully equipped with all the modern amenities. The exterior of the villa boasts a charming pool terrace, outfitted with a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, comfortable outdoor seating and al fresco dining area. It's just an 8-10 minute stroll to the nearest beach clubs such as Mahal Beach Club, Kalkan Beach Park and Green Beach. Alternatively, you can reach Kalkan town center in a leisurely 20-25 minute walk or take a quick 5-minute water taxi from Kalkan Beach Park.

Living room includes comfortable furnitures, air conditioning, dining table, flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board, complimentary wifi. Sliding doors provide easy access to pool area.

Kitchen

American style kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

Pool terrace with swimming pool features comfy sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
