It forms one of two adjacent villas and is excellently located within a 17-minute walk to Kalkan town center, restaurants and shops. The villa has 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms. The first floor bedrooms offer furnished balconies with captivating sea views whilst the second/top floor bedroom offers a private terrace outfitted with an open-air jacuzzi, sun loungers, a parasol and a cosy coffee table set. The ground floor comprises a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen with an island unit and a dining table. Plus, there is a washing machine can be found under the stairs on this level. Outside, this lovely property provides a spacious pool terrace complete with a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a massage seat, a round al fresco dining table and a BBQ area.

The modern living room features a beige L-shape sofa set, air conditioning, flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board and complimentary wifi. There is a washing machine can be found under the stairs on this level. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, sandwich toaster, filter coffe machine, oven, hob, island unit, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, massage seat, shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
