Villa Cecili is located in sought after Kiziltas area of Kalkan with magnificent sea and mountain views. It has 5 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 9 guests. Stylishly desinged and furnished property offers truely relaxing moments. It is only 4-5 minute drive from Kalkan town centre, shops and restaurants.

Note : The pool of the villa can be heated if requested. Pool heating fee is extra £40 daily.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom : Ground floor, A single bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table. Guest WC on this floor can be used. This room benefits from other bedrooms bathroom. This bedroom does not have its own air conditioning. It can benefit from the air conditioning in the living room.

2. Bedroom : First floor, A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, sea-faced balcony, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom : First floor, A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, sea-faced balcony, bathroom and WC.

4. Bedroom : First floor, Twin beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, sea-faced balcony, bathroom and WC.

5. Bedroom : Second/top floor, A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, sea-faced terrace, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

Open plan spacious living room features comfy furnitures, coffee table, flat screen TV and complimentary internet. Glass sliding doors lead out onto the pool terrace.

Kitchen

The modern open plan fully eqipped kitchen includes appliances such as fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, oven, hob, microvawe, toaster, dining table and all the other utensils required for self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

Pool terrace includes a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, table tennis, outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
