Villa Beyza is a charming 4-bedroom villa situated in the serene Kisla area of Kalkan, boasting breathtaking sea views across the bay from its roof terrace and living area. The first-floor lower ground bedrooms offer private furnished balconies with stunning sea views, while the second lower ground floor bedrooms provide access to a courtyard garden. A washing machine, iron and ironing board can be found beneath the stairs on this level. The property features two living spaces located on the ground floor and first floor, providing ample room for relaxation and socialization. The first floor also offers a fireplace and a furnished terrace where guests can unwind and enjoy beautiful sea views and sunsets. Outside, the villa's pool terrace features a private pool, sun loungers, parasols, an al fresco dining table, and a BBQ. Villa Beyza is conveniently located, Kalkan town center is just a leisurely 25-30 minute walk from the villa, while Kalkan Beach Park and Mahal Beach Clubs are within a convenient 5-minute walk. Moreover, Kalkan Beach Park offers water taxis to the harbor throughout the day.

The living room features a sofa set, coffee table, air conditioning, flat screen TV, sound system and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
