The property has 4 bedrooms, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere for guests seeking a relaxing vacation. The pool area of Villa Alternative is thoughtfully designed, featuring not only a main pool for guests to enjoy but also a paddling pool, catering to families with children. This addition ensures that both adults and children alike can bask in the beauty of the surroundings while taking a refreshing dip in the pool.

Living room includes comfortable furnitures, air conditioning, dining table, flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board, complimentary wifi. Sliding doors provide easy access to pool area.

Kitchen

Elegantly designed kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, fridge, oven, hob and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

There is a large infinity pool and integrated kid's pool. Pool terrace comprise comfy sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
