Villa Zafira(Kalkan, Ortaalan)

Villa Zafira is in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan, which is a great spot for guests looking for a good location and some privacy. The property has three bedrooms that can sleep up to six people, with one of the double bedrooms having a jacuzzi.There is also a downstairs cloakroom. The villa has modern interiors, including a well-equipped kitchen and a dining area. The sun terrace is spacious, and the property has a lovely private salt water swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, a swing seat, and a BBQ. There's also table tennis available on-site. Villa Zafira is just a 15-20 minute walk or a 3-4 minute taxi ride from Kalkan town centre. It's also a 10-13 minute walk to the Migros supermarket.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom : First floor, A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. The doors lead out to a balcony with a half-moon shape, which is furnished with a table and chairs.

2. Bedroom : First floor, Twin beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. A door leads out to a balcony, which is furnished with two chairs and a table.

3. Bedroom : Second/Roof floor, A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. There are cupboard units along one wall and a safe that can be locked. The door opens out onto a very large terrace with a half-moon shape. The area offers two sun beds and a large seating area and table, providing ample space for guests to enjoy the sun in comfort.

Living Room

The living room features a cozy L-shape sofa, coffee table, air conditioning, fireplace, dining table, flat screen smart TV and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, air fryer, and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private salt water swimming pool, table tennis, sun loungers, parasols, swinging egg chair, pergola shaded outdoor seating, a pergola shaded al fresco dining table and a stone BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
