Villa Paloma is a stunning, luxury property peacefully situated in the sought after Ortaalan area of Kalkan. Comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests across 4 stylish en-suite bedrooms, the villa enjoys an amazing location facing beautiful olive groves.

It is located just a 15-minute walk from the town centre and Old Town. Guests can enjoy lovely views on every level: the pool terrace and ground floor overlook the local olive groves, while the upper floors boast sweeping sea and mountain vistas.

The villa has been beautifully decorated throughout and features a cool and contemporary interior. The property is exceptionally well equipped and includes a media/games room, a gym, and expansive outdoor leisure facilities, ensuring entertainment for all guests.

Ground Floor

This level features a comfortable open-plan living area and a fully equipped kitchen/dining space, alongside a separate W/C and utility area. Full floor-to-ceiling sliding doors ensure the interior connects seamlessly with the pool terrace outside.

The lounge area houses two comfortable 3-seater sofas, an armchair, and a flat-screen TV with internet connectivity for streaming. The Kitchen/Dining area is well-equipped, including a large breakfast bar/table with seating for 6, a water cooler/dispenser, fridge freezer, built-in oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and an espresso coffee machine with a milk frother. A separate utility area, complete with the washing machine, drying racks, iron, and ironing board, is located beneath the stairs alongside a cloakroom and W/C.

This level also features the property's first bedroom, which is a double room with en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a vanity table, and a wardrobe. This room enjoys views of the olive groves and provides direct access to the pool terrace through floor-to-ceiling sliding doors. (The double bed can be arranged as a twin upon request.)

First Floor

The first floor features 2 stylish bedrooms: one double and one twin (the twin beds can be converted into a double upon request). Both bedrooms benefit from en-suite shower rooms and private furnished balconies with views over the olive groves and mountains.

Second/Top Floor (Master Suite)

This level houses the spacious Master Bedroom. It features a double bed, bedside tables, an en-suite shower room, and a dressing area with a stool. The sliding glass doors open onto a superb furnished roof terrace, offering breathtaking views of Kalkan bay. The terrace is ideal for lounging, furnished with a double swing seat, two sunbeds, a comfortable sofa set, a parasol, and a pergola for shade.

Outdoors

The villa's exterior spaces are meticulously designed for summer living and relaxation. The expansive pool terrace features a large private swimming pool with integrated Roman steps, a built-in jacuzzi section (2m x 2m), and a separate shallow area (4m x 4m), with the main pool measuring 11m x 5m. Both the outdoor dining area and a comfortable seating set are covered by shady pergolas. The main terrace offers ample sunbathing space with cushioned sun loungers, parasols, and an 'egg' chair, plus a BBQ and table tennis table located to the side.

Lower Ground Floor - Media Room/Gym

This entertainment and fitness zone is located on the lower ground floor, housed underneath the main villa. It is accessible separately via a door on the access road next to the main villa gate. This space is fully air-conditioned and features a media/games room and a gym.

The media room is perfect for downtime, equipped with a 64" flat-screen Smart 4K Ultra TV, a large speaker, a PlayStation console, reclining seats, bean bags, and a pool table. The adjacent gym provides fitness equipment including a spinning bike, a multi-gym machine, and a selection of weights.

Things to Know

For stays of 1 week, standard cleaning is provided before arrival and after departure only, meaning no mid-stay service. For stay of 2 weeks, a complimentary mid-stay clean and fresh linen change is included

A security deposit of £300 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property

The villa's pool can be heated upon request at an additional cost. This must be booked in advance and pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking

The coffee machine uses pods – these can be purchased locally in Kalkan
