Located in Ortaalan district of Kalkan, Villa Tekin has been refurbished with considerable attention to detail in 2023. It is only a 10-15 minute walk from the town centre, brimming with restaurants and shops, and a quick 4-5 minute stroll from Migros and Anka supermarkets. This modern property is spread across four floors and boasts 4 beautifully designed en-suite bedrooms. The rooftop terrace of the property is equipped with a luxurious jacuzzi bath, an oversized round day bed and a cosy seating area featuring a wall-mounted smart TV - an ideal spot for relaxing while enjoying the panoramic views. The ground floor reveals a capacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen that opens up onto balconies, offering a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The exterior of the villa is divided into two distinct areas, each thoughtfully designed for outdoor enjoyment. The garden level is a verdant oasis, equipped with table tennis, a basketball hoop, and badminton equipment for recreational fun. A few steps lead to a dining area with a built-in BBQ and an eight-seater table, encouraging delightful alfresco dining experiences. Two swing seats are strategically placed, one on the lawn and the other near the BBQ area, allowing guests to revel in the stunning views. The lower level unveils a charming pool terrace with a glistening swimming pool, further enhancing the villa's leisure offerings. Living Room

Spacious living room includes comfortable sofa set, air conditioning, dining table, flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board, complimentary wifi. Sliding doors provide easy access to pool area.

Kitchen

Open plan fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, fridge, oven, hob and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The sizeable swimming pool which is integrated with children's pool, is surrounded with an extensive pool terrace which comprises sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating and shower. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
