Villa Tashla(Kalkan, Ortaalan)

Villa Tashla is a beautiful property located in Ortaalan area of Kalkan. This villa is approximately a 20-minute walk away from the town center of Kalkan. Villa Tashla houses three bedrooms. The first floor holds two bedrooms, each furnished and complemented with a balcony that allows guests to enjoy the stunning sea views. The top floor hosts the third bedroom, which has its own large terrace, also furnished and providing a sweeping views of the sea. Inside, you will find ample space to relax and enjoy your stay. The living area is generous and comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped for meal preparation, and the dining area is perfect for enjoying meals together. The outside area of Villa Tashla features a large swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. There is also an outdoor seating area, a shaded table for al fresco dining and a BBQ.

Living Room

The living room features a sofa set, a coffee table, air conditioning, flat screen TV, iron, ironing board, fireplace, sound system and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, a washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, island unit, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £350 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
