Villa Sunset is one of two neighbouring villas situated in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan. The property has 3 en suite bedrooms, each offering sea view balconies complete with tables and chairs. The top floor bedroom also features a jacuzzi for added luxury. The villa offers ample living space and a well-equipped kitchen. The pool terrace is spacious and includes a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, as well as an outdoor and al fresco dining area. The closest supermarkets, such as Migros and Macro Center, are located within an 8-10 minute walk. Also, Kalkan town centre and beach clubs can be reached within approximately 15-minute on foot.

The kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

Pool terrace with swimming pool features sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
