Villa Sudenaz(Fethiye)

Villa Sudenaz is one of two identical neighbouring villas located in the Ovacik area of Fethiye and it features a range of amenities, including a heated indoor pool, hammam, sauna, underfloor heating and private outdoor pool. The property features 4 en-suite bedrooms, including the double bedrooms are equipped with jacuzzis and wall-mounted TVs. The accommodation layout is as follows: the living, dining areas, and kitchen are situated on the first floor. The spa area is located on the ground floor, with access to the pool terrace. The bedrooms are located on the second and third floors. The villa has a spacious pool terrace with a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a swing, an al fresco dining table and a stone BBQ. Villa Sudenaz is only an 8 minute drive to Oludeniz Beach and a 5 minute drive to the town centre, restaurants, bars and shops of Hisaronu.

Note : The indoor pool can be heated on request for an additional cost of £200 weekly.

Note : Villa Sudenaz and Villa Yigit are situated side by side, ideal for groups who wish to book more than one property together.

Living Room

The living room offers comfortable sofa set, coffee table, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. There is an access to the balcony of the this floor which features an al fresco dining table.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
