Villa Sarmasik is located in Calis area of Fethiye. It's perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing getaway. The property has 4 bedrooms. The double bedrooms have en-suite facilities while the twin bedrooms share a bathroom. The living space, dining area, and kitchen are all wonderfully spacious, providing plenty of room for relaxation and dining together. Outside, the villa features a wonderful pool terrace with a private pool where you can enjoy swimming and soaking up the sun. There are also sun loungers, parasols, comfy bean bags, a swing seat, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Calis Beach is just a short 5-minute drive away, making it easy to explore the lovely coastline and enjoy various activities.

The living room features a plush sofa set, coffee table, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, bean bags, a swing seat, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
