Villa Sole Tlos is conveniently located near the esteemed Lykia residential estate, just a 7-8 minute walk from the town center and harbor of Kalkan. It is also within a 5-minute walking distance of supermarkets, namely Migros and Macro Center, which are situated on Kalamar Road.

Villa Sole Tlos is a semi-detached villa comprising 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It has undergone a comprehensive renovation and offers a peaceful setting with great views of Kalkan Bay and the surrounding islands.

Lower Ground Floor

The lower ground floor encompasses a generously sized double bedroom featuring an en-suite bathroom, built-in wardrobe, and a vanity station. The bedroom extends to a private garden patio, appointed with a substantial wooden bench and plush cushions. This floor also features a ping pong table, a separate WC, and a utility room equipped with fitted cupboards, a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board.

Ground Floor

The entrance floor consists of an open-plan kitchen and living room with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that open onto the pool terrace. The well-equipped kitchen features modern appliances such as an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, coffee machine and various kitchen utensils. A breakfast bar with seating for four is located in front of the kitchen, while the living area is thoughtfully furnished to create a comfortable retreat, featuring ample seating, a wall mounted Smart TV, a PlayStation for entertainment, an assortment of board games, and a carefully curated selection of books.

First Floor

Two additional bedrooms are situated on the first floor. The first bedroom is a twin room at the rear of the villa, which can be converted to a double upon request, with an en-suite bathroom and Juliette balcony. The second bedroom at the front of the villa is a double room with an en-suite bathroom and a private sea-view balcony with two deck chairs and a small table. Both bedrooms are bright, well-ventilated, and offer generous wardrobe space.

Second Floor

The stunning final double bedroom with a separate bathroom on the landing is situated on that floor within the villa's eaves. The bedroom also features sliding doors that open onto a spacious balcony, which is furnished with a sofa and two chairs set around a coffee table.

Outdoors

The outdoor area features a private pool, four sun loungers, two large parasols, a double swing seat, and a shaded al-fresco dining table, along with a gas BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
