Villa Skaros(Kas)

Villa Skaros is located in the Kas and accommodates up to 7 guests in its 4 en-suite bedrooms, featuring views of the Greek Island of Meis and Büyük Cakil Beach. Completed in 2024, the villa includes sea views from various areas, an ample outdoor space with a private pool, and an al-fresco dining area. The interior is furnished stylishly and includes additional amenities such as a table tennis table and a well-equipped bar. The local beach is visible from the property and is a short distance away. The villa incorporates sizeable sliding glass doors to enhance the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces and to optimize views. It is situated for sun exposure throughout the day and provides sunset views in the evening. Kas town features a range of dining and shopping options, several beach clubs, and a marina offering boat trips to the nearby Greek island of Meis and other local destinations. The villa is approximately a 7-8-minute drive from central Kas or a 25-minute walk. The local beach is within a 10-minute walk.

Lower Ground Floor

A staircase leading down from the pool terrace connects to the road level of the villa. At this level, there is a recreation room featuring a bar, a sofa, and a television. Furthermore, a table tennis table is also provided.

There is also a utility room, including a washing machine, clothes dryer, and iron and ironing board.

Ground Floor

The ground floor features a spacious, modern, open-plan area for guests to unwind. This space includes a round dining table that accommodates up to eight people, a fully equipped kitchen with contemporary appliances such as an air fryer, and a central island with extra seating at the bar stools. The lounge area showcases a minimalist style and has a large sofa and a flat-screen smart TV. Three large glass sliding doors allow easy access to the pool terrace and offer sea and mountain views from most parts of the area.

The first of four bedrooms is located on the ground floor. 

Bedroom 1 is a double room ideally situated to enjoy views of the sea and sunsets, featuring a built-in wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, a mini fridge, and an en-suite shower room. The sliding glass doors directly connect to the pool terrace and lead to the side terrace, which features two cushioned deck chairs, creating a serene place to savour a sundowner.

First Floor

The other three bedrooms are situated on the first floor, each featuring a built-in wardrobe, a mini fridge, and an en-suite shower room.

Bedroom 2 is a well-appointed double room with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, vanity tables, and a wardrobe. Expansive sliding glass doors lead to a private balcony equipped with furniture, offering sweeping sea views and highlighting the sunsets.

Bedroom 3 is also a well-appointed double room with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, vanity tables, and a wardrobe. Expansive sliding glass doors lead to a private balcony equipped with furniture, offering sweeping sea views and highlighting the sunsets.

Bedroom 4 is a single room with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, vanity tables, and a wardrobe.

Outdoors

Villa Skaros features a spacious private infinity pool and a terrace offering panoramic views of the Mediterranean. A cushioned swing seat creates a cosy spot for enjoying the shade, while eight sun loungers and three parasols are placed around the pool. Adjacent to the villa, a covered dining area that accommodates up to 8 guests invites you to enjoy outdoor meals, and there is a BBQ available for cooking al fresco. The garden area is covered with grass and has some plantings situated below the pool terrace, along with parking available at the property.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. Cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area are carried out by an attendant daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £400, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.
